Here are a few pictures of myself with 45 lbs. of fat on me................. Eating right is the first step in getting lean and in shape. The next step or the step you should actually have before the previous first step would be to set a goal for yourself. Weigh yourself and also have body compositions done to see where you really are. Once you start eating right and working out/aerobics you will see the changes quickly. These pictures were taken right before the competition.
These are the pictures that I took a month into the competition.
The changes weren't that noticeable as far as the weight went. However, the bodyfat was going down. In the first set of pictures I had a total of 20% bodyfat. In the second set of pictures I had about 12% bodyfat. All that was done with the help of the "EAS" supplements (Experimental Applied Sciences) and a nutritional food balance. My goal was originally to lose about 30lbs of fat and put on 20lbs of muscle. Of course my goals have changed. I want to take off 5 to 10 lbs. of fat and put 5lbs back on in the form of muscle.
My goals were to take off 10 to 20 lbs. of fat. Of course in the pictures above, I had taken off a total of 20 lbs. of fat and gained 10 lbs. of muscle. My bodyfat percentage was 11% with a lean mass of 189 pounds. Wait until until you see me next time as I continue to exercise and eat right!
You should see me now. 8.5% Bodyfat weighing 220lbs after packing on 10 more pounds of muscle. I concentrated more on my back and legs this time around.
